Weird things when wake up HELP!?!?

The thing is that this girl that I knew told me about what sometimes happens to her when she wakes up from her sleep. She told me all of this in confidence and I need some answers. She said that sometimes when she wakes up, she sometimes has this weird tick in her head that makes her do everything really really fast and when she tries to slow down she says she goes very very slow. She says its almost unexplainable and it was hard for her to put it in words. She said the only way to make it go away is to go back to sleep for another few hours or so. Another weird thing she said is that when she wakes up with that tick, she wakes up with the image of a toolbox in her head. She seemed very worried about this thing, and she said she hates it when it happens. I need some answers guys. I know this sounds very strange but im really weirded out about this situation. Plz help.
