Does a shy hispanic guy have more chance of attracting hispanic girls or other girls?

I'm hispanic 26 male. But i'm an unusual type of hispanic cause i never talk, and i'm shy and never ha d a gf. Seeing what typical hispanic girls are like( outgoing, and talkative) i feel they would never even consider me. I know white or asians wouldn't either. But if there is a chance at all, is the probability higher to find a hispanic girl that will like me, or white or asian or other? From my own culture, all i've seen is that the outgoing hispanic is preferrred so i'm pretty disillusioned
