How to finish GTA san andreas in ps2?

hey guys,, i need help on finishing a mission in GTA in the badlands,, its called "farewell my love" its when to race catalina's boyfriend,, but i can't finish it!!! you guys got any cheats or some tips to finish it?.. cheats like vehicle of death, cars float when you bump on them, improved handling doesn't really help and when you try to shoot them with a rocket launcher you still can't hit them all.. please help!!!.. :D
