Why do political spectrums show that?

It is not a matter of more or less freedom, but of different kinds of freedom. Does your freedom not to pay income tax trump my freedom not to die of starvation? Does your right to enjoy your wealth trump my right to not die of a treatable illness? All political systems are a balance of different freedoms, but it is silly to claim that a right-wing economic freedom is 'freer' than a left-wing one: the key question is, WHO is free in any given system?
