Horrible acne problem..HELP!!!?

I hardly ever have pimples and about 3 weeks ago i got 2 cysts and about 4 pimples on my face, i have been using my differin and duac gel from the derm, and washing my face as usual. It still hasnt gotten any better! my face is getting dry on the top layer of skin..its starting to peel, but the oil UNDER my skin is still causing more and more pimples to form, im getting really frustrated i dont know wht to do
