Maximum temp, AMD 64 x2 775?

I have this new AMD 64 x2 775, I have gigabyte cpu cooler, and ive overclocked it at around 3 gig, after running orthos for about 30 min tem is around 60 C, what is the maximum allowable temp or range for this processor
