Where can i get a hold of a rubber material called "hyperflex?"?

This material (called hyperflex) is currently used to create from realistic creepy crawlers to arch support soles and I wish to know whether it can be obtained by the general public in unprocessed form. I want to see if I can make some realistic Halloween masks. I know there is a company called "Club Earth" that incorporates this material into their stress-relieving toys. I'm sure some of you know what I'm talking about. Can anyone tell me where to obtain it?
