What's your favorite party game (drinking, board, video, card, etc are all welcome)?

I'm thinking co-ed, we'll have alcohol unsupervised, but it doesn't have to be tied in with the game. My buddie wants to play strip karaoke revolution american idol 2 part deux. Although disturbing, it is more hygenic than the game of strip guitar hero we played. Nothing like strapping on a wet guitar and praying to yourself it's from sweat.
