What is needed in order to get into Tufts University?

I am a sopre in high school and very interested in Tufts University. Do they care about showing interest? If so, how could I already show that I really want to go to Tufts? In addition what are some normal things a successful applicant at Tufts has (grades, extracurriculars, SATs, etc.)?
