What can remove the body oil odor from clothes and upholstery?

My T-shirts and pillow cases smell of my body oils even after I wash them. So does my car upholstery. Especially my pillows and pillow cases. How can I remove this odor? I use bleach and hot water on white things but end up with the bleach odor!
