Scary Dream?

I had a dream that the guy on Lost, ya know the one that can tell the future? Me and that charlie guy who died were looking for him and we found him in a dugout kind of house and he was laying on the bed having seisures and worms were crawling in and out of his mouth, nose, and ears. They were laying eggs in his head and we had to try to get them out. They kept trying to crawl in our heads so we kept smacking them away and kept our mouths shut They were milipedes and maggots and earth worms and everything that you could possibly imagine. It was horrible and scary and I went around the next day shivering and closeing my mouth. Why do yu think I had athat kind of a dream?!?!?!?!
