Scared my foreskin is going to get stuck behind my head?

it wont get stuck if youre pulling it back yourself it would only ever get stuck if it was someone who had never retracted their foreskin and someone else violently pulled it right down with a lot of force. keep on pulling it back gently so that you can feel a stretch but not so much that it really hurts or youre going too far
