My dog has tapeworms! Can I get them?

My do has tapeworms and he licked my face and got my lips! Ewe! Can I get tapeworms from him licking my face? Does anyone know if there is an over-the-counter medication that treats all types of worms including heart worms, round worms, tapeworms, hookworms, and others? Please help.
