Lauren Conrad The Hills - self indulgent?

Does anyone else think that she is full of herself. I can't understand her popularity!! Firstly she is really boring and the most uninteresting in the show, secondly she thinks the world revolves around her, she was telling audrina that the only reason heidi was talking to her was to get at her, it didn't occur to her that maybe heidi likes audrina. Thirdly, she gives everyone a hard time about their boyfriends when she gave up a career to live with a druggie/alchoholic loser! She is extremely judgemental and hard on her friends expects everyone to think of her feelings 24/7. I would hate her as a friend, she treats her friends like her servants in my opinion.
