I feel like im dreaming? please helpp...?

I smoked weed before... but i smoked like 2 weeks ago... and idk if it's my mind making me feeel like this or something or if im just paranoid about "feeling high" or what, but lately i've been feeling like i'm in a dream and it's creeping me out.. like i dont feel like it just everything looks dream-like.... also, I havn't really been getting a lot of sleep lately so i've been drinking coffee and when i crash from it it's bad just like this. idk if it's my sleep or just my mind.... i don't know what to do? has this happened to you? whatd you do? Hellpppp PLEASE.
