I can't decide if i should go to Cal state La or Cal Poly Pomona? What school is better?

I currently live in Pomona but i want to explore, I am coming into college as a freshman. I have been excepted to other schools but now I am down to these two. I want to become a special Ed teacher so i would study Liberal Arts. I am trying to find out what school has a better program. If anybody can help i would appreciate it. If someone knows a website where i can compare both colleges that would help, Thanks!!
