Help on dent in car please?

at work me and another coworker where bored so we went o ut and started throwin the football and he whipped it at me and it hit my car, we put a head size dent in my back panel behind my door, we took the entire inside panel off to get to it from the inside of the car and we tried to push it back out, now we gave up and its about the size or a golf ball, we cant get it out any more. so tomorrow morning im going over to his house to work in his garage and we are going to try and get it out more, and we pushed one part of it out too much and it chipped my paint a little bit. im flipping out because if my dad sees he will kill me, well the paint cracked, not chipped. what can i do, its noticable esp on a black tracker. my dad will kill me if he finds out. please help me
